Helpful Tips and Information
- US 31 is also called Morton St. in Franklin. Addresses
might be on 31 or Morton St.
- State Road 44 is also called Jefferson Street (downtown
and west of downtown) and King Street (east of downtown).
- Locals call Westview Drive “the bypass,” because
it connects US 31 to State Roads 44 and 144. Westview is the
road that runs on the south side of the Kroger on 31.
- If you need a Yellow Pages book, CVS (44 & 31) sometimes
has them available for free inside near the front doors.
- If you go to the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, they
have lots of information about area businesses and events,
including the Franklin Parks & Recreation catalog. They
are located at 370 E. Jefferson Street/SR 44, east of downtown.

- Ray's Trash Service does not provide service on Christmas
Day and New Years Day. All pick-up schedules falling on these
holidays and after these holidays will be delayed by one day
during that particular week. The following week, pick-up schedules
will return to normal. Ray's Trash Service will provide uninterrupted
service on all other holidays.
